Digital delivery
Files are delivered by email after payment confirmation. Please verify spam folders before requesting a resend.
Faulty files
If a file is corrupted or incomplete, email help@khunryonvloxarin.world within fourteen days of purchase with your order reference. We will supply a replacement copy when the issue is verified.
Change of mind
Because digital goods can be duplicated instantly, change-of-mind refunds are assessed case by case and may be declined once a download link has been issued. Physical add-ons, if offered later, will include separate postage terms on the invoice.
How to start a request
Use the contact form with the subject “Return request” and include the email address used for purchase. We reply with the next administrative step.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a payment dispute, we pause further deliveries until the case is resolved with the processor.
